Pink 'Rose' Costume

Belt: Black velvet and shiny embossed
fabric over a stiffening fabric base. Elasticated fastening with two sturdy belt hooks. Embroidered
in zigzag fuchia pink sequins.
The long 16" (41cm) black fringe fully circles the belt and is embellished with a random sprinkle of fuchia pink luster beads.
The 3D Rose centre design used the fuchia fabric of the skirt and the black velvet and shiny embossed fabrics of the belt in its petal construction. It is embroidered with fuchia pink luster beads and fuchia pink sequins.
The Bra style top echoes the zig-zag design and has a smaller version of the 3D rose motif.
The material is black velvet with a frill of the skirt material along the top edge.The straps are the same material as the skirt.
The strap length can be adjusted by unpicking the sewing and re-sewing at the correct length.
It has an elasticated back withhook and eye fastenings
Choker: black velvet ribbon with 1950's vintage brooch, with pink glass jewels
Skirt: full circle skirt with elasticated hip band and single hook and eye fastening.
Length from hip top to hem bottom is 35.5" (90cm). The material is a lustrous satin with matt black design.
